COURSES OFFERED BY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT LTD

This course provides the basic skills to create a variety of dishes in a commercial kitchen.  You will prepare dishes from fresh ingredients using a range of preparation and cookery methods & develop your presentation techniques. You will receive hands-on experience in our training kitchen.

This course will teach you many skills including literacy and numeracy. The aim is to introduce you to learning and work environments, to provide you with the tools you’ll need to get a job. It may also help you pathway into another training course.

Available throughout the year, our Food Safety short-courses are offered in either Tutor-led Online OR Classroom-based learning environments.

Our most popular Food Safety course – this one-day training is suited to everyone already working – or preparing to work, in any food business.  You will cover all the Essential Food Safety and more, including Food Control Plans (FCPs).
