During this 1 to 1 ½ hour session, we will be making Three Sisters Soup and Wild Rice Salad together.

This 4 hour class is split into 3 sections; roasting theory, roasting practice, and orientation through the packing station and coffee lab.

Classes will be dependent on registration interest.

A hands on 5-day baking camp for kids 4 & up! Kids will learn how to create cakes, cupcakes, cookies etc. from baking to full decoration!

We provide the ingredients and directions; you just bring your appetite. Classes will be private for the exclusive use of Autism Ontario.

We will work together step-by-step to learn how to use buttercream, a variety of piping tips, fondant, molds, and edible paint to create spooky Halloween themed cupcakes

Pretty soon, your kids will be out-cooking you! Chef camp includes an apron that the children personalize.

Classes are conducted one on one in person. I demonstrate the predetermined foods with ingredients and method.
