We'll learn a bit about different types of teas, how to build flavour profiles, how to make the perfect cup of tea and of course do plenty of experimenting and testing to perfect your own blend that you will take home with you

Learn how to make almond milk from scratch with making your own tapioca pearls in class. We will use the almond and oat pulp to make yummy bubble waffles to pair with your bubble tea.

Learn tea procurement and storage, developing tea lists/menus, delivery of tea service, and training of staff. Tea Sommeliers prepare and suggest tea menus/lists to best complement food items while also working on the floor with customers.

Limited space available! Come sip on some tea for the first part of the workshop which delves into the art, history and culture of tea blending. Then have 1 hour of hands-on blending where you can create three x 20g loose leaf tea blends to take home and enjoy with friends and family.
