Learn how to spice up your kitchen!  You will learn how to create various well known Indian dishes each week from Biriyani to Saag.  You will learn about different spices and flavours and what to pair them with. The dishes can be tailored to suit vegetarians and most meats.

On this course you'll study the practical and theoretical aspects of Carpentry and Joinery, which will prepare you for working in the Construction Industry. You'll also develop transferable skills such as numeracy and efficient working practices which will help you to get a job in this field.

Approved by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), Working Safely is a one-day course providing a basic awareness and understanding of the hazards and risks that can be encountered in the workplace.

The NEBOSH HSE Award in Managing Risks and Risk Assessment at Work is an introductory level qualification, one day course, developed in conjunction with the health and safety regulator for Great Britain, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

This is a three-day course and is aimed at those who are first aiders in a workplace or anyone wanting to gain knowledge and practical skills of advanced first aid to deal with first aid emergencies. It is certificated for three years.

French is spoken in over 25 countries throughout the world. This course is for complete beginners or those who have studied French some time ago.  You'll learn useful French for travel in a friendly atmosphere.

This is a follow up to our Beginners 2 class offered in the third block, it is a wonderful opportunity to further enhance your language skills in a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

You will learn to communicate effectively by engaging with employers and decision-makers from the industry throughout this course and will have the opportunity to work with live clients.
