This course is practical and participative. We will take problems that you are currently experiencing, analyse them and identify actions to improve them. There will be exercises utilising your real-life experiences and group discussions where you can learn from the experience of your peers.

This course is designed to help you identify the essential skills required for effective minute taking, consolidate your existing skills, and increase your confidence in this area.

Leading training for both staff and volunteers is quite often part of many roles in voluntary organisations.  This two day course enables you to learn the essential practice for turning what otherwise might have been a ’briefing session’ into a training course that facilitates learning.
