This is the identification for the second level of the CA (Chartered Accountancy) course conducted by the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). The course is identified as IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course).

Foundation Course is the entry level for Chartered Accountancy Course. Students after appearing in class 12th examination conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto, can register for Foundation Course.

Company secretaries (CS) are responsible to look after Company law, corporate strategies, security market, and other similar issues. Needless to say is a company’s compliance with regulations and its smooth running is dependent heavily on company Secretaries.
