Join us for a captivating culinary journey to the enchanting Islands of Greece as we celebrate the vibrant flavours and traditions of this Mediterranean paradise.

In this hands-on class, you will make several kinds of creams for filling and frosting and learn techniques for putting it all together. Students will create a cake with flavours of their choosing that they can take home, ready for any celebration.

The class is hands-on, everyone will be making laminated dough. Students will finish the class with croissants that are shaped, but should take them home immediately afterwards for the final rise and bake.
