Zumba classes are not like your normal, everyday aerobic class. There will hardly be any verbal cueing and Zumba uses "tracked music" and not continuous music. The instructor will lead the class in easy, simple movements with a combination of dance and fitness moves.

Dance Gymnastics classes are offered by Spotlight Theatre Dance Studio. We pride ourselves on having a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with our main aim being that pupils learn through fun and enjoyment.

Gymnastics for kids, especially at pre-school age, is a great way of building up your child’s skill set and development, gaining skills which will help them as they grow.

Our beginners classes are perfect for those new to gymnastics and follow the British Gymnastics proficiency award scheme.

Preschool Gymnastics course is offered by Phoenix Gymnastics Academy. We provide a safe, effective and a fun environment for every member.  We aim for every member to enjoy the Gymnastics sport, whether a budding gymnast or a future Olympian. 

These classes are for mainly 4 year olds and the younger gymnasts, they are a smaller group to allow the young children more attention, the classes run for 1-1.5 hours. They work on the Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault and work through the British Gymnastics Explore Rise badges.

Inexperienced flyers must attend the beginner's course first as we don't want you to land on your head. 

Aerial Yoga is an excellent strength practice to balance many traditional yoga styles.

They’ll include various hand building pottery skills along with an aerial yoga session.
