Fire Safety Officer: This course is a compilation of 6 units of competency taken from the Public Safety Training Package to meet the requirements of NSW Health, for people to perform the role of Fire Safety Officer (FSO)

Fire Extinguishers provides learners with the skills to confine small fires by using a nearby fire extinguisher, fire blanket or fire hose reel. Learners will be introduced to the Australian Standard code colours for emergencies

Warden/Evacuation training provides learners with skills and knowledge to respond and control a variety of incidents such as: Fire, Disaster, Bomb Threat, Medical Emergency, External Emergency, Robbery - threats of intimidation and violence and Evacuation.

Certificate II in Fire Fighting is suitable for emergency response team members, fire fighters and individuals responsible for public safety including production workers, maintenance staff, managers and supervisors.

This course has been developed for individuals who wish to work or who are appointed in a Facility Fire Safety role.

The course has been developed to cover a broad range of emergencies and facilities as considered in Australian Standard 3745 and Australian Standard 4083. It applies to employees in the workplace within all industries and in all contexts.
