Nothing tastes better than homemade bread right out of the oven, and freshly made cheese. While this may seem intimidating, our chef at hand will show you how easily these things can be prepared at home.
In this dynamic hands-on cooking class, based upon the food culture of those living along the Mediterranean Sea, you’ll prepare creative, health-conscious dishes that feature the regions most familiar ingredients. Guests will be able to eat what they make at the end of the class.
Italy – birthplace to some of the most delicious dishes that make up most of the Western world. Join us as you work together with other students to create a number of dishes originating straight from the Boot. Once cooked, enjoy your cibo with fellow amicos and/or famiglia.
Learn to make and bake a variety of topical pastry dishes! These classes focus more on the educational aspect behind sweet confections.
A fun and entertaining class for those who want a piece of the pie. Guests will learn the history, background, and other tidbits behind pizza before rolling out their own dough and assembling their own custom made job!

The Pastry Series Curriculum ranges from basic topics to more advanced subjects. Students learn through both demonstrative lectures and hands-on lessons in the professional kitchen. Classic Cooking has revised, revamped, and reformed the Curriculum to be as engrossing and exciting as possible.
