The Level 3 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Professional Cookery) covers the key principles of the industry. Topics include: food safety, effective teamwork, preparation, cooking and finishing different foods, health, safety and security in the hospitality working environment.

This qualification is for learners working a food supply chain or manufacturing locations to enable them to demonstrate their competence, knowledge and skills.  It provides learners with an awareness of change management to support continuous improvement.

Our Construction qualifications are aimed at people wishing to learn some skills within the sector, to progress on to becoming skilled in teir chosen trade, or to progress through an apprenticeship and work towards becoming a master craftsman.

Designed for learners who work in the Marketing sector and wish to gain an understanding of the tools, skills and knowledge required. It allows learners to put into practice the skillset needed for employment in the industry.

The Level 2 Diploma in Sales is a chance for learners to further build on the foundations they may already have within the Sales industry. Our Sales courses allow learners to learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the sales sector.

Our Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing is our advanced course in the Marketing course range. We offer it in two stands: Digital Marketing and Marketing. It is a research focused course. It is a data-driven course that enables learners to source and analyse competitors’ movements in real-time.

Retail Knowledge provides learners with the basic understanding on the Retail sector, such as customer service and teamwork. The Level 1 Certificate is our entry level qualification within our Retail course range.
