We created our professional training program for people looking to switch careers, self-taught bakers who want skills taught at pastry school without the full time and financial commitment, and people who are unable to attend traditional pastry programs because they work during class hours.

Cake decorating requires muscle memory which can only be achieved through repetition and practice. You will learn to bake delicious cake, make swiss meringue buttercream, and decorate 3 cakes.

Marianne Warrick will be leading the first of many upcoming Sugar Flower Workshops! In this 2-day class you will learn hands on how to create roses, buds, and leaves. See registration page for full class description. Payment plans are available.

In this DIY kids class, they will be provided with 4 cookies, royal icing, and sprinkles to decorate any way they would like. This is not an instructor lead class, this is DIY style class. Each set of 4 cookies may vary from student to student.

Learn the swiss meringue method of French Macaron! You will also learn to make 2 different fillings.

Learn the art of lamination! Nothing is better than a pastry with beautiful flaky layers. We will make raspberry almond danishes, and dulce de leche pop tarts. Full class description on the registration page!

Sip on sangria, munch on mini quiches, and learn to make the easiest and best homemade pizza! So many of our prior students make this recipe regularly at home now! Great for date night, girls night out, or just having a night out with a friend or family member.

You will make a versatile brioche dough which will be used to make burger buns and cinnamon rolls, paired with sweet or savory cream cheese frosting. Ages 11+, students under the age of 16 must attend the class with an adult ALSO registered in the class. This is a 3 hour class.

Learn to make no spread cookie dough, and master royal icing.
