This course covers the performance of rescue and elevated work platform (EWP) controlled descent escape procedures from an elevated work platform (EWP) in the workplace.

This unit of competency covers the skills and knowledge required to operate and maintain breathing apparatus and equipment in an irrespirable atmosphere, as defined by the Australian Standard.

The units of competency which make up the  Fire & Hazmat Training Course can all be applied towards RII30719 Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue

Depending on group size the course is delivered in around four hours and includes knowledge and practical components. Successful students will be issued with a plastic credit card style yellow card.
