Licence to Operate a Vehicle Loading Crane (Capacity 10 Metre Tonnes And Above) course is offered by Advanced Industry Training.

Our course provides students with the skills and knowledge to operate a mobile crane of greater than 3 tonnes capacity that incorporates a boom or jib which includes articulated type mobile cranes and locomotive cranes, but does not include vehicle tow trucks, for licensing purposes.

This unit will provide a student with the skills and knowledge required to Operate a Slewing Mobile Crane (up to 20 tonnes), in accordance with Safe Work Australia’s National Standard for Licensing Persons Performing HRW.

This course provides the necessary skills and knowledge to safely operate a vehicle loading crane under 10 metre tonnes capacity. Training covers planning work, conducting routine checks, setting up crane, transferring load, applying load estimation and slinging techniques to move a load

The course covers a range of topics including, but not limited to, hazard identification and risk control, crane setup and configuration, load calculations, crane operations, communication procedures, and shut down procedures.
