Belfast Cookery School offers a total of 21 courses.
To start, make our light and delicious Salt ‘n’ Chilli Squid from scratch from produce sourced by our sister restaurant, Mourne Seafood Bar. Compliment your wonderful starter by making a fresh aioli.
Firstly, our chef will show everyone the techniques of preparing and cooking your own Sumeshi sushi rice. Then the class will be shown how to prepare a range of different sushi, beginning by making your very own cured Salmon and Cucumber Nori Maki roll, accompanied with Japanese Miso Noodle Soup.
To start your informative, fun and enjoyable evening, prepare and enjoy a delectably light and fresh sage gnocchi accompanied by pan-seared scallops and a vibrant smoked paprika butter.
The nation’s favourite… Fish & Chips! Our team of chefs have devised recipes for you to prepare from stat to finish for the very best ‘Fish Supper’. Make an extra crispy beer batter and triple cooked rooster chips, all made from scratch. And of course, we can’t have a fish supper without ...

For our Something Sweet class, we have luxurious, scrumptious classics to impress and dazzle.
Learn how to make the robust signature dishes made famous by the cuisine capital of the world. To begin our celebration of the home of cooking, we start with a beautifully caramelised Soupe à l’oignon (French Onion soup).
This class will be fun, engaging, and informative. Our Chefs will be aiming to create a memorable experience for all involved but to also encourage or heighten a love for baking within the kids involved.
