This course starts by introducing the basics of leadership and explores where the concept originated from. It then goes on to discuss various leadership theories, including situational leadership, contingency theories, transactional and transformational leadership and more.

Giving a successful presentation can be one of the hardest parts of many people's jobs. Ultimately preparation will be the key to success when it comes to giving a presentation, but how do you make sure you are prepared enough? What about the structure? The content?

A strong social media presence is key to reaching out to new customers and a platform in which you can showcase your business. Social media is able to support promotional material with the added bonus of others being able to share your products.

This course is designed to enable you to act as a safety person for high risk confined space tasks. It is not about entering risk but controlling the site with effective communications, conducting appropriate entry procedures and controlling emergency procedures.

The course is designed for persons nominated to be a member of a team for rescue and recovery of casualties from within the confined space in the event of an emergency.

The QA Level 2 Award in Fire Safety (RQF) qualification has been designed for anyone who has a specific responsibility for fire safety in the workplace, such as designated fire wardens / fire marshals.

The QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification is designed for individuals who wish to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace.

This qualification is suitable for all employees to raise their awareness of the risks of unsafe manual handling practices and for people who might have to carry out manual handling as part of their job, e.g. handling deliveries, parcels and boxes.

The VTCT Level 3 Award in Education and Training is a qualification for those interested in a teaching career in further education or those who have recently started teaching.
