Our kids classes aim to engage and inspire kids from 8 through to 17. Although we do love sweet things, our main aim with our future foodies is to cook and enjoy delicious and nutritious dishes to take home to friends and family.

Throughout the day, our chef will demonstrate each item and you will then have the hands-on experience to recreate a wonderful panettone, mince pies and chocolate roulade. During the afternoon, you will pause for a delicious lunch made by our team.

Over the course of the day, you'll explore spices and their roles in more depth, as well as looking into the combinations and cooking techniques that go into making every curry truly unique

Bread in some form has existed in almost every culture since we were able to create fire. With the correct knowledge and recipes, bread-making is a wonderfully rewarding past-time.

Covering a variety of cultures and countries, this course teaches many skills over the course of the day as you make plates from many places.The Mediterranean diet is rich in vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses, fish and good oils, it is often considered the most healthy way of eating.
