Fun and safe gymnastics class taking you through skills and on lots of equipment with only the best coaches!

Our General Gymnastics courses will be supervised by fully qualified coaches, children will learn basic gymnastics on our; Sprung floor, Floor Beam, Foam Vaulting Blocks, Fast Track, Tumble Track, Bars and Trampoline.

Our recreational gymnasts often find that the physical conditioning they receive here helps them in other sports, whether at school or in other sports clubs.

We offer a wide range of urban sports including activities including freerunning, tumbling, cheerleading, trampolining, aerial silks/hoop and martial arts, all within our state of the art facility. 

Our tumbling program is the perfect place to start if you’re looking for something fun and challenging for your child. Our athletes work at their own pace and individual skill level during our beginner classes.

A structured 45-minute gymnastics session begins with a warm-up and progresses to floor skills, award work, and apparatus practice. This is a fun and friendly introduction to gymnastics for our little starters. ?

SCG delivers gymnastic classes for children from the age of 2yrs. Parent & Toddler, Pre-school, Recreational, Developmental and Women's Artistic Squad. We are also home to Saints Elite Cheer and Sanctus Parkour.???????

This class is designed to strengthen and tone the entire body, challenge the core and pelvic floor and improve flexibility and postural awareness.
