The Basic First Aid Course is an entry level training programme that covers CPR, Burns, Fractures, Wounds, Bleeding, Legal Implications, Ethics and more. This course will leave the learner feeling confident in their ability to treat basic wounds.
The HIV/AIDS Awareness course covers a comprehensive range of topics on HIV/AIDS in the workplace. Research shows that only a very small percentage of employers educate their staff around HIV/AIDS.
The Health & Safety Representative course incorporates theoretical, practical and reflexive learning. It ensures that the learner is exposed to the true requirements and function of the H&S Representatives in the working environment.
The Accident & Incident Investigation course is designed to equip employees with the various incident and accident investigation tools / systems when an emergency response is necessary, as well as how to implement control measures in the workplace.
This Risk Assessment course equips learners with the necessary knowledge, skills, tools and confidence to implement and conduct the relevant risk assessments in the work place.
The Basic Fire Fighting / Fire Marshal Course equips learners with the knowledge to identify, contain, prevent and extinguish different types of fires using basic firefighting equipment. Learners are taught basic firefighting techniques and how to apply them in a safe and correct manner.
The Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) course is intended for all employees who, through the nature of their work, may be required to use a SCBA. These include control room personnel, employees working in oxygen reduced areas, and fire watch/safety standby personnel.
Overview of confined spaces as a high risk area within a specific work environment with specific focus on the understanding of the applicable legislation pertaining to confined spaces, knowledge of the associated hazards, the relevant equipment necessary for both access.
This training is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to work at height safely, thereby minimising the risk and increasing chances of survival should a fall occur.
A Scaffold Erector is responsible for the erection and dismantling of access scaffolding. They have to be able to deploy the required resources for the specific task.
