NOSA offers a total of 20 courses.
The NEBOSH Certificate in Environmental Management (EC) is a recognised environmental qualification worldwide, which focuses on environmental management systems (ISO 14001), impact assessments, energy efficiency, pollution and environmental emergencies.
The NEBOSH International General Certificate is based on international standards and best practice. It is made up of two units that must be successfully completed to achieve the NEBOSH International General Certificate qualification:
The course deals with training and facilitation techniques, focused on outcomes-based learning principles. Learners are guided to facilitate adult learning. This course is a prerequisite for licensee registration to current selected NOSA courses.
This course will take the learners through a detailed and proven procedure for effective internal audits. Whilst the course is directed towards the NOSA HSE Management System, the principles can be applied to audit any HSE system/process.
Learners wishing to acquire the competencies in this course will be, individuals working at height where there is a risk of injury from a fall. Learners will be involved in performing tasks at height.
The course equips candidates with the basic principles of assessing an emergency situation, contacting the emergency services as quickly as possible and while awaiting their arrival, candidates will be able to perform basic skills required to sustain life.
The course will provide learners with a basic understanding of common causes of fire in the workplace, consequences of fire and the basic legal requirements.
A learner will now be capable of demonstrating an integrated practical and theoretical knowledge of receipt, dispatch and returns of freight procedures, based on quality service to the customer and product care.
This qualification is for any individual who is, or wishes to be, involved in the administration function in any organisation or business in any sector, or field, as well as in non-commercial organisations (such as clubs and charitable organizations).
This training is aimed to help delegates to gain an overview of the key elements of FSM food hygiene and preventive control requirements related to food facility personnel.
