A slice of a crisp, sweet tart is the perfect end to a meal – or mid-meal indulgence, so why not learn how to make a light, sweet shortcrust base with Chef Millie Simpson. This half-day class will walk participants through the creation of four classic puddings.
Learn the four pillars of bread making that will take your abilities to new heights and leave you with the skills to create the most satisfying and beautiful bakes.
This Italian staple food can be found in any British household. However not all pasta is alike, during this course enjoy discovering the secrets of making your own pasta dough and you will soon come to realize how it elevates any dish to a new level.
Perfect for aspiring chefs aged 4-10, this class will focus on bakery and will change with the seasons.
Perfect for aspiring chefs aged 12 to 16 years old, students will learn to prepare a wonderful selection of baked goods like bread and cake.
The course culminates in the dining room with participants sampling their preferred pasta dish with a glass of wine, before taking home the rest of their pasta to enjoy.
This half-day class will allow you to hone your skills and learn new ones, as well as understand the principles of good cooking.
As the day comes to a close, you’ll have the opportunity to savour all recipes covered during the class with a glass of wine, before taking home all four desserts to share (or not!)
This course will conclude in the dining room, accompanied by a plentiful lunch and a glass of wine. Participants will be able to take their delicious baked goods home to share, or enjoy solo!
