Learn how to make gorgeous African Street Food as our expert tutors take you on a culinary tour of Africa and the surrounding islands. You will discover the traditional flavours and delights of Kenyan mandazi and Mauritian gajack, and will learn how to make sweet and spicy pleasures.

Enjoy a day full of flavour as you learn how to make mouth-watering Mexican Street Food. You’ll discover how to use grains, pulses, spices and vegetables to make gorgeous dishes with a Central American and Spanish influence – from enchiladas to rancheros to sweetcorn ribs.

At the end of the course you will receive the Vegetarian Society Cookery School Foundation Certificate in Vegetarian & Vegan Cookery. This course also includes CIEH accredited Level 2 Food Hygiene (online study).
