The Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) offers a three-part course for the Certificate in Credit Management based on the syllabus of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM).
This course aims to equip individuals working with a company’s debtors and/or creditors, with the knowledge and skills to perform their duties in line with the objectives as set out in the National Credit Act, The Consumer Protection Act and the Companies Act.
