A gentle introduction to structure, discipline and learning in a self-defence context, our classes are a great way to develop motor skills & co-ordination, build confidence and make new friends in a safe and secure environment.
This program has been such a success that we already have students who have gained higher belt ranks, physical development, character development, moral development, self defence, and Martial Arts skills.
The program encourages adult participation and interaction aimed at developing essential social skills as well as family interaction. The class is 30 minutes in length on a matted surface, led by an experienced martial arts instructor.
In this class, we focus on building self-confidence and coordination, with an emphasis on inclusion, everyone works to their own highest ability. Students will gradually build on their karate knowledge as they move up through their belts, with a goal to moving up to the next level.
