Participants learn about the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion in healthcare and social care settings, as well as their legal and ethical responsibilities to promote and uphold human rights.

Training in preventing the spread of infections in healthcare settings, including hand hygiene, standard precautions, isolation procedures, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Training in basic life support skills, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), choking response, and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in emergency situations.
