Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

Ballet Dance Classes focus on Technique, Foundations Strength and Flexibility. In these classes you will work through ballet exercises at the barre as well as centre work and exercises across the floor.

Jazz Dance classes are offered by DUTI Studios. Jazz Dance is a fun and energetic style that will emphasis on technique and stylistic choreography, that ranges from pop culture or musical theatre. Jazz dance is a great form to help you keep aligned and fit.

Hip Hop Beginner classes are available at DUTI Studios. HipHop is a style that started in the streets back in the 1970's. HipHop evolved heavily in the 80's and 90's and is now considered one of the major dance styles.

African Dance Classes will connect you with the dances and rhythms of West Africa. In this class we celebrate the African Culture by offering a dance experience with live drumming. 

Afro-Fusion Open course is offered by DUTI Studios. This class is a cultural experience that will work your entire body and soul.

In Heels Foundations classes we'll guide you step by step through the correct technique of walking and dancing in High Heels.

Dancehall is part of Jamaican culture. This dance style will get your hips moving and grooving to the sounds of upbeat, drum hitting rhythms. Fun, energetic and attitude are words often used to describe dancehall.
