COURSES OFFERED BY EDMC SAFETY & HEALTH

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) training is offered by EDMC Safety & Health. Personal Protective Equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers are required to be used wherever it is necessary by reason of hazards.

Respiratory Protection training is offered by EDMC Safety & Health. EDMC Safety and Health offers a compliance program to bring your organization into conformity with the required elements of the OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard.

Lockout/Tagout training is offered by EDMC Safety & Health. EDMC Safety and Health offers a compliance program to bring your organization into conformity with the required elements of the OSHA Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout Tagout) Standard.

Hazard Communication training is offered by EDMC Safety & Health. Practical (hands-on) training must occur at the location where the forklift will be used with the actual truck the employee will operate. 

Emergency Action Plan training is offered by EDMC Safety & Health. The employer is required to provide training to each employee on the contents of their site-specific plan. EDMC Safety and Health offers a compliance program to bring your organization into conformity with the required elements.

Fire Extinguishers Training is offered by EDMC Safety & Health. Our hands-on training is achieved by using a fire extinguishing simulator, which provides a realistic fire situation while eliminating the hazards involved with live burns.
