COURSES OFFERED BY MUSIC COLLECTION AND DANCE CORNER

Piano students can often begin lessons around five years old, but we also offer piano teachers with training in early childhood education. These instructors are available to teach pre-reading instruction to four year olds.

Our singing or voice lessons are offered in private, one-on-one instruction. The Music Collection has instructors available to teach everything from today’s artists to classical arias.

We suggest children wait until they are seven before starting Guitar lessons. We will occasionally accept six year olds after a trial lesson, but younger children don’t have the hand size or strength to properly play a guitar.

Our instructors will show you the proper technique and can teach students how to read music and play by ear.

Violin lessons can begin for students as young as five years old, Cello or Viola at seven years old. We also have Double Bass lessons available. Lessons for Adults available.

Private instruction will help them advance faster thanks to the one-on-one attention they usually don’t receive in a group band program. Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Brass lessons are available for ages 8 or 9 and up, including adults and seniors.
