The Safety Harness Systems at Heights course is suitable for anyone who is or will be using a safety harness system while working at heights.  With the Safety Harness Systems course you will gain skills and knowledge to work safely at heights using a safety harness system under supervision.

For anyone who hasn’t completed any working at height training we recommend this course to form a good foundation of knowledge. Please note that this is not an NZQA course – it’s better.

A one-day introductory course designed to provide the knowledge, skills and resources to work safely at height when using a safety harness system under supervision.

During this four-hour course, learners will understand how to work safely on-site, how to promote a strong health and safety awareness and improve culture on-site. In addition, identify hazards and safe use of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP), scaffolds and nets.

We register all units with NZQA as soon as you complete your course.  And our trainer’s help and support doesn’t stop at this point: you’re welcome to ring and discuss your on-going height work issues with them. We  deliver and assess the following Unit Standards.

Working at Heights course is offered by Safe On Site NZ Limited. The Safe On Site team are your local experts on Health and Safety consultancy and training. Safe On Site partner with TrackMe NZ to bring you industry leading remote worker safety systems with coverage anywhere your workers go.

The objective of this course is for the students to refresh their current knowledge of work at heights. A combination of theoretical and practical assessment, discussions/recapping on knowledge already attained.

We often provide regular staff training sessions and site meetings. We can set up training systems and training sessions for your staff and contractors.

Industrial Height Safety training is offered by Rock Hard Safety Training. The training offered by Rock Hard Safety Training is provided to a high standard and focuses on safety in a professional way.

This course is designed to give the participants the necessary knowledge and skills to perform work at heights safely. It is the responsibility of the worker to identify work at heights, and to select the most suitable and safest way to access that height.
