This course covers the legislative and practical elements required to make the learners aware of the rules and techniques for manual handling in the workplace.

Course introducing the learners to the legislative and technical aspects of Safe Work at Height in the work place. The hierarchy and the expectations that are placed on them themselves and their employers to conduct work at height in a safe and effective manner.

Course covering the legislation and practical aspects of wearing a harness in the workplace. Learners will cover donning and doffing. Pre-use inspection. Learners will receive input on protecting themselves and others who are in suspension and in the correct way to respond to such an emergency.

Course covering the legislation, guidance and best practice for those working or responsible for those working in and around confined spaces. This course gives the students vital knowledge and awareness for working around confined spaces.

Training to introduce and refresh the learners of the legislation and aspects of fire safety in the work place.

Course combining the legislative aspects of dealing with a fire emergency in the work place, and the first-hand experience of how to put a fire out should you decide to tackle it as a designated fire warden/marshal in your workplace.

First Aid at Work (Initial) course training is offered by Cause Way for all skill level. Our team is made up of highly skilled, seasoned and experienced rescue professionals.  The team has a combined experience of over 150 years in the operational rescue environment. 

Course designed for those needing a higher level of water safety and rescue training.  Learners will cover hydrology, wading, swimming (aggressive & defensive), knots, anchors, pulleys, lowers, vectors, tethered rescues, running rescues, safety systems, welfare and medical considerations, and PPE.
