COURSES OFFERED BY DANCE EDGE STUDIOS

Dance Edge offers Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) ballet syllabus classes and exams and train our dancers with the discipline of classical ballet while encouraging them with constructive feedback and praise. 

Dance Edge offers both Technique Jazz (Tech Jazz) & Commercial Jazz (Com Jazz) classes. Our Tech Jazz classes are designed to build strength and technique, working on the trick elements in dance – turns, jumps, leaps, flexibility and strength.

Our hip hop teachers are highly trained specialists in this field and they have had years of mentoring and training from world renowned industry leaders.

Our highly trained acrobatics and silks teachers build strength and confidence in their classes, beginning with basic acrobatic skills and extending into advanced acrobatic and silks tricks with safety, precision and technique.

Our lyrical classes are for the recreational dancer that is wishing to explore the slower moving, expressive form of dance.

Our contemporary classes are for the more serious advanced dancer from 7 years up. These classes work on both the traditional and commercial contemporary / lyrical styles giving our students the importance of technique and quality training needed for this style of dance.

We love to sing and we love to express ourselves at DE! Our combined musical theatre and vocal classes are combined as one term fee with one week working on vocal and the other on musical theatre. 

Our students work towards exams annually as well as modern and fun style choreography.
