If you love helping and contributing to a business’s success, then this is for you. It’s an easier, entry level course, designed for those starting their first course after leaving Year 12. It’s also the first course you’ll want to do before getting into an admin type job.

While studying for Certificate III in Customer Engagement, you’ll learn about engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone in a Contact Centre.

The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is a step down from the Diploma - and your expected answers to assessments should appropriately match the depth and breadth of the content. It’s a great qualification to start out in a Leadership role.
