The Institute of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) have developed the Working safely 1 day course for people at any level, in any sector, needing a grounding in the essentials of health and safety. The training course covers all of the health and safety basics, plus environmental issues.
The First Aid at Work 3 Day Block course provides in-depth training for people who are required to be first aiders within the workplace. The course syllabus is as specified by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and is fully compliant with The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981.

The two day accredited CITB Temporary Works Co-ordinator course is designed to assist those on site who have responsibility for managing all forms of temporary works.
At the end of this course, candidates will have an understanding of what a risk assessment is and how to complete one.
This course will start by covering some of the key terms you will need to understand before moving on to identifying critical control points and analysing some of the key hazards. It’ll show you how to determine control points and how to avoid cross-contamination in the food chain.
This course will cover the legislation associated with working in confined spaces. What constitutes a confined space, the potential hazards, safe operating procedures, and emergency procedures and rescue.
