Join me to make this fabulous showstopper cake! In this class, we’ll make light and fluffy Swiss meringue buttercream, a rich, decadent salted caramel sauce and caramel shards to decorate your masterpiece.

This class is ideal for anyone who doesn't have any prior knowledge of sourdough baking, or does and wants to learn more detail about how to make amazing sourdough bread in their own home kitchen.

Of course, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with opening a bag of dried pasta – I do it every week – but I’d love you to try making your own. It’s fun, therapeutic and an amazing way to level-up a special meal – you don’t even need any special equipment!

Here’s what they don’t tell you on Bake Off – most bakes are based on a fairly short list of classic techniques. Master one, and you’re on your way to mastering a whole range of classics you’ll want to make again and again.

Full disclosure: I have Italian roots and so these flavours and textures mean ‘home’ to me. Join me for a day working on a beautiful, authentic three-course meal that will blow your guests’ socks off.

We’ll focus on essential cooking skills like dough making, trying our hand at soft pretzels, ciabatta or pizza. We’ll create tasty pasta dishes, and rustle up delicious sweet treats like cookies and brownies.
