Our ballet class combines basic classical techniques with imagination and role-playing activities in a beautiful introduction to dance. 

Jazz incorporates many technical elements of dance including kicks, turn, turns, leaps and flexibility danced to funky, upbeat music and choreography.

Lyrical dance is an expressive style derived from jazz and ballet techniques. This genre tells a story through movements and is perfect for children who love to express themselves and will help bring confidence out in those who are a little reserved. 

Hip-Hop incorporates a variety of sub-genres including popping, locking, isolations, break- dance, commercial and many more.

A very popular class with our students which allows them to explore their creativity and embrace character roles. Musical theatre combines dance with acting and culminates in an amazing end-of-year production.

In our tap classes we teach classic tap technique seen in musicals like 42nd street and Singing in the rain as well as more current, funky styles such as Tap Dogs.

Acrobatic Dance, or Acro as it is commonly referred to by dance professionals, is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements.

An upbeat and energetic combination of dance, acrobatics and stunting. Currently becoming increasingly more popular from the Netflix show 'Cheer' this is one not to miss in 2021!

Singing and Drama Classes are offered by Alive Dance Academy. At Alive Dance Academy we pride ourselves in offering students quality dance training in a relaxed and encouraging.
