SIT50116 Diploma of Travel and Tourism Management provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a broad range of managerial skills in tourism operations, marketing and product development, underpinned by a range of operational competencies chosen as electives.

SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality provides the skills and knowledge for a student to be competent in skilled operations within the hospitality industry. The course is designed to allow students maximum exposure to several career paths across different businesses.

This Nationally Recognised course teaches the knowledge and skills required to use hygiene practices to prevent contamination of food in the workplace. It will do this by teaching hygiene and food safety procedures and standards, how to identify workplace hygiene hazards.
