COURSES OFFERED BY SUNSHINE COAST PERFORMING ARTS COLLEGE

Classical Ballet students from Grade 1 and above must attend 2 Ballet classes per week. Exams are also available to students from 6yrs.

Sunshine Coast Performing Arts College offers Jazz classes in the Commonwealth Society of Teaches of Dance syllabus.

Hip Hop is a fantastic energetic style of dance for students from beginners through to advanced.  It is a great way to get fit and meet new people with the same interest.

The Sunshine Coast Performing Arts College style of Tap is fast and rhythmic, challenging dancers with interesting combinations and routines which are enjoyable to learn and exciting to perform.

Acrobatics is a dynamic and important aspect of the performing arts and is very beneficial in the flexibility, and strength, of the dancer.

Contemporary dance allows the students to experience a freedom of movement quite different from any other style.
