COURSES OFFERED BY TRAINING SHIP VARREN

Basic Safety Training is offered by Training Ship Varren. The objective of this training program is to provide seafarers with the necessary knowledge and skills in order to prevent and combat fires, ensure personal safety, fulfill social responsibilities, administer elementary first aid, etc.

The course meets the requirements laid down in Regulations Vl/6 paragraph 4 to 6 Section A-VI/6 Paragraph 6 to 8 and Table A-VI/6-2 of the STCW Convention 1978 as amended. The candidate has also met the additional criteria specified in the STCW Convention applicable to the issue of the certificate.
