Under the Environmental Protection and Management Act (EPMA), any person who wishes to import, sell or export any controlled hazardous substance must obtain a Hazardous Substances (HS) Licence from the National Environment Agency (NEA).

On completion of this unit, the learner will have the knowledge and application skills in handling security incidents and services and be able to apply them to the workplace.

The primary objective of this course is to train and equip learners with the necessary knowledge and skillsets to assume the role of Environmental Control Coordinator (ECC).

This course enables workers in the food services industry to enhance their service skills to build stronger relationships with customers. They will be able to anticipate and address customer needs, handle service challenges, have a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
