Taekwon-Do - Black Belt Classes are offered by DO Martial Arts Center for all ages and skill level. 

Each class will start with a warm up. Getting the body warm and heart pumping is essential. We achieve this by using games and warmup sequences that engage and keep all focused.

From Elementary (200 hours), Intermediate (200 hours), and Advanced (200 hours), the entire program level is covered (200hrs). On completion of each level of achievement, the teacher’s course also provides for higher skill and ability progression assessment.
