In this popular course, students will learn to make 3 or 4 desserts each,  delicious desserts that will most definitely impress their guests. It is a practical hands-on course and students are taken through the various stages of prepping and cooking these beautiful desserts.  

Many cuisines in the world have their own unique curry recipes, Indian, Moroccan, Malay and Thai. In this spiced-up  course, students will learn 4 new curry recipes.

Entertaining is a huge issue for many people and they end up buying the most expensive, yet tasteless pre-made snacks. This course is designed around entertaining.
