Classes are an hour long. 20 - 30 min warmups and then techniques, bagwork, padwork, partner drills and techniques.
BJJ (Brazilian JiuJitsu) Course is Offered by Warrior Sports Martial Arts and Fitness Academy.
Boxing and Boxfit classes are excellent for getting fit and toned. The boxing class is more technique orientated with partner drills and sparring. We cater for the boxfit members in the boxing class as well, when the boxing class does sparring they will be split up from the general class
Krav-Maga is the official self-defence and combat system used by the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), Israeli Police and Security Services and many law enforcement agencies around the world.
