Strapped into your own personal elasticised bungee cord you can jump, bounce, and fly around the room like never before. Able to work your body more efficiently and effectively than most workouts you will learn dance moves and choreography designed specifically for the BunZee.
This class will focus on elements of flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering and tumbling for the promotion of well rounded, technically proficient AcroDancers.Â
This class will focus on dialogue, song, dance and stagecraft through exploring popular and renowned musicals.  These classes will allow students to experience the joy of Music Theatre whilst learning through a systematic & structured approach based on the COMDance syllabi.Â
Z Fit Studios' Aerial Circus curriculum has been designed by years of professional experience by professionals who have years of solid circus and acrobatic and dance training along with knowledge of physical anatomy and body mechanics.
Zumba is a fun, calorie burning, aerobic, interval based cardio workout. Every class is like a dance party. Upbeat tracks and dance moves
Strength & Stretch is a fitness class where you will build strength specifically to help you on your aerial apparatus through conditioning exercises but it will also be useful for general dance, fitness and pole members.
Pole Beginner will allow you to grow your strength, coordination, stamina & skill on the pole. This class is aimed at complete beginners and will teach you the basics on the pole. During this lesson some of the basics on the pole you will learn include: walking, basic spins and sitting on the pole.
