Learn making your favorite dim sum dishes, Steamed buns and pot stickers. We will make Steamed buns from scratch. We will use store bought wrappers for pot stickers. Students will learn making dough for steamed buns.

During the baking camp kids will create various holiday dishes from sweets, appetizers, traditional baked goods to entrees.

Our baking classes are great for all levels; whether your quarantine baked goods were trending on social media or you didn’t even bother trying to find flour during the breadmaking phase of 2020, we’ll make sure you have a great time!

We’ve partnered with local chocolate makers so you can make your own chocolate at home. (If you were here, you’d see us miming a mic drop.) WHAT? That’s right! Ingredients sent to your doorstep and a dedicated chocolatier guiding your group to delicious decadence.

Spring Break Camp Baking Camp is open to all kids from ages 8-17 who want to join us at Cookology in Dulles Town Center! We are so excited to see everyone again. Pizza and Veggie or Fruit will be served for lunch.
