This course is an introduction to the skills you need in order to become digitally literate. The course will look at a variety of aspects of online and on-screen work and allow you to be able to develop your computer skills in a safe working environment.

Understand the concept of emotional health and wellbeing. Understand how different factors affect emotional health and wellbeing. This course is delivered in Partnership with Mind Aberystwyth.

Enjoy being creative. Write about self and others. Link mindfulness and nature to your writing. Consider and highlight the healing nature of writing and self-expression in general.

•Understand the meaning of aggressive, assertive and passive behaviour • Learn a range of assertiveness techniques • Know how to use assertiveness to help a situation. This course is delivered in Partnership with Mind Aberystwyth.

The course will cover the methods of learning support, the role of the classroom assistant, the principles of team working, behaviour management, legal requirements and health and safety requirement in a school.
