In this class, we will also explore African movement and expression inherent in the ancestry and spirituality which exists throughout the Caribbean, shaping the genre as it is known today.
You will learn about the basic rhythm and some basic steps of Kizomba. This will be followed by some cool moves for you to try on the dance floor as well as body movement, focusing a lot on how to lead and follow the Kizomba moves perfectly.
This is a fast-moving, feverish, “spiritual” class with an emphasis on strengthening technique and expression in the “black contemporary” style, tracing traditional dancehall steps and bringing it into a modern context. DANCE to songs from Beenie Man, Mavado, Capleton, Lady Saw, Ding Dong.
House dance consists of 3 main elements – footwork, jacking & lofting. Jacking it’s a wavy body groove starting from the hips. It makes the body groove into a music rhythm and move the whole body.
Heels class is the best class to work on your sass , fierceness while focusing on technique and lines. This class is suitable for all levels and heels aren’t compulsory.
In this class you will learn an original choreography with the moves so you understand the movement. Designed for the beginner or open level student. This class will improve your technique and quality of movement.If you’re looking to move and dance until you sweat this class is for you.
An ideal class for those wanting a challenge, a great workout, improve their commercial dance style, and are looking to bring some sass and swagger into their dance repertoire.
This class is designed for The Beginner. No previous experience is required.We begin each class with The Walk and technique exercises to prepare us to dance tango, improving our balance,posture, flexibility, and body movement.
This class is suitable for those who want to work at a slow pace on the core elements of Classical Ballet and will suit anyone who has either done ballet in the past or is new to this form of dance.
This class is upbeat so you will work up a sweat! This class is so much fun that you will get a total body workout without even realising.
