COURSES OFFERED BY GO WORKPLACE TRAINING

This course has both theory and practical components. Assessment is conducted using a mix of GWPT Gap assessment tool and Worksafe’s approved National Assessment Instrument.

At the successful completion of this course, participants will be able to perform basic rigging to the Worksafe Assessment Standards. Participants will also be able to identify the safety requirements for rigging activities and their working environments.

Participants will be able to identify the safety requirements for a slewing crane of between 20 & 60 tonne capacity & working environments as well as being able to apply a working knowledge of the OH&S and regulatory requirements in accordance with Worksafe standards.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants receive a Statement of Attainment and an email from WorkSafe Victoria, with a link to a Notice of Assessment (which also acts as a 60-day temporary licence).

The Worksafe "LO" Licence allows you to operate Order Picking Forklifts, using these Forklits the operator wears a harness and is lifted to height with the load.

At the successful completion of this course, participants will be able to safely operate a Reach Stacker (over 3T) and be able to apply a working knowledge of the OH&S and regulatory requirements in accordance with Worksafe standards.
