This is a Level  2 Customer Services Qualification. This accredited qualification is suitable for learners wishing to improve their knowledge of the importance of customer service including how to satisfy customers’ expectations.

This regulated qualification is ideal for anyone wishing to work as a CCTV operative as it provides them with the necessary skills and knowledge to apply for an SIA licence in this field.  It has been developed to meet the requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA).

The First aid at work training course provides the comprehensive set of practical skills needed by first aiders in most workplaces to become a confident first aider at work. Giving both the ability and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies.

The aim of the qualification is to provide candidates with knowledge of the basic health and safety practices essential in the workplace. This includes the hazards and risks along with the relevant legislation, and ensures awareness of cost-effective, practical control methods.

The Level 1 Award in Fire Safety Awareness is a qualification aimed at all staff, particularly new starters in any workplace, where a basic understanding of fire safety is required.

The Level 1 Award in Food Safety in Catering is a qualification intended for learners working in the catering environment in low-risk roles but where there is an element of food handling. This could include bar workers, waiting staff, health care workers, kitchen porters and stock/store room staff.

This Level 2 qualification has been accredited by the regulators of England, Wales and Northern Ireland (Ofqual, Qualifications Wales and CCEA) and is part of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).
