Express your creativity and talent in hair, skin, nail care and makeup application. Our cosmetology program at the Aveda Institute incorporates at least 1,500 hours of extensive hands-on learning to provide you a complete understanding of beauty and wellness.

Graduates in good standing from the Aveda Institute Esthiology program are eligible to participate in the Advanced Esthetician Program. The Advanced Program consists of both advanced training and hands-on experience.

With a focus on the lucrative world of weddings, the Bridal Make-up Artistry Course takes the student from consultation to the creation of a bride’s perfect look.

This course concentrates on the basic fundamentals of hairstyling, from simple blow-drying techniques to creating elaborate hairstyles. Students will learn to create modern styles – as well as edgy and creative hair designs – using hot tools and roller sets.

Many of our Aveda Institutes offer manicurist programs. Each school is unique, but each prepares you for an exciting future in nails with Aveda Institute. Our programs provide nail training with an emphasis on using pure flower and plant essences.
