Our Washington Real Estate Practices Course is designed to take you through all the key aspects of real estate brokerage in our state. In this course, you'll learn about agency relationships, listing agreements, purchase and sale agreements, negotiations, marketing and financing property.

This course covers contracts (elements of an enforceable contract, valid, void, and unenforceable contracts), Anti-trust, misrepresentations, disclosures, record keeping, shifting risk to professionals and agency.

The objective of this course is to underline the point that a licensee is to negotiate in their client?s best interest in the real estate transaction. The advantages and disadvantages of not representing the buyer's or seller?s best interest in the transaction is also covered.
